Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Must be willing to travel extensively
• Best customer relationship and fast response to customer calls

 

Qualified Candidates should possess the following:

• 0-5 years CNC service experience
• Must be able to trace wiring and other circuits and have a knowledge of mechanical parts repair and software integration
• Must have stable work history,
• CAD/CAM experience

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Must be willing to work 1st or 2nd shift, all training will be done on 1st shift
• Set up and tool change abilities, programming knowledge would be a plus

Qualified Candidates should possess the following:

• 1-5 years Manufacturing experience
• Must be able to read blueprints and have a knowledge of basic shop math
• Must have stable work history, must be drug/felony free
• CAD/CAM experience

The Computer Controlled Machine Operator will fully operate at least one of the following computer controlled machines:  CNC Router.

Primary Duties:

• Set up, operate, and tend applicable machines
• Observe machine operation to detect work piece defects or machine malfunctions, adjusting machines as necessary
• Read drawings or job orders to determine product specifications and tooling instructions and to plan operational sequences
• Select tools/machines, types and grades of stock, and procedures to be used according to work orders or supervisors instructions
• Change worn tool/machine accessories, such as cutting tools and brushes, using hand tools
• Perform minor tool/machine maintenance such as greasing and oiling
• Inspect work pieces for defects, and measure work pieces to determine accuracy of machine operation using tape measures, templates, and other measuring equipment
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards

Qualifications:

• 1 years' experience in a manufacturing environment working with computer controlled machinery preferred(preferably a woodworking environment
• Basic computer skills (Windows )
• Demonstrates technical acumen and problem solving abilities
• Ability to read prints, diagrams, and other technical documents

We are looking for CNC Router Operator Trainee. Freshers or experienced both can apply. Paid training will be given. Placement and remuneration as per our Client's requirements.
